Cake Stand for Rent – 1 day Rental

Rental is for 1 day (24h) and have to returned the next day . 

We offer Delivery & pick to the venue , for additional fee, please send the address for a delivery quote. We delivery to all GTA.

SECURITY DEPOSIT (additional $20 in Cash -per stand) The entire security deposit will be refunded if items are returned per agreement: A Security deposit is required when picking up the items or when receiving the items. Deposits can be provided in CASH ( in an envelope with your name- #of order, address and contact phone number).  The security deposit covers charges for missing or abused rental items, mildewed or damaged linens, cleaning fees for items not reasonably cleaned, additional labour and/or services performed and additional rental fees on late returns. The entire security deposit will be refunded if items are returned per agreement.

Agreement is made once customer order online ( please read)

Returning-Retaking of equipment (next day): if customer fails to return all returned items upon agreed time, customer agrees to pay for all additional charges. If customer refuses to return rented
items, the customer agrees that Pao’s Cakes-Party Rentals and its agents may take all reasonable actions necessary to recover rented items without prior notice or legal process.

Cleaning : All items will be cleaned and ready for your use. Please remove all liquids, food and refuse from all products before returning them to Pao’s Cakes. Failing to do so will result in additional charges.

PLINTH CARE: Please don’t stick anything on the Plinth, don’t try to colour it, don’t drag it because it can be damage, to transport the plinth please be gentle and lift it and place it in a smooth floor area.

RENTAL PERIOD
The rental rate is based on a 24-hour rental. Should you need the items longer please contact us and ask about our multi-day rates.

This rental contract forms the sole agreement between the customer and Pao’s Cakes Party Rentals. The customer agrees to indemnify and hold Pao’s CakesParty Rentals harmless for any claims from customers use or misuse, including any third parties for loss, injury, and damage to persons or property arising out of the customer’s negligence or operation including legal costs incurred in defense of such claims.
