Cakes are never the Same (explanation Below)

All cakes are hand made. So, design may vary than pictures (We CAN’T DO same exactly design of the picture provided, each cake Artist have theirs own touch finish design. Colours, flowers, figurines may change as well.

Depending on the screen types and light conditions under which the cake pictures are taken, colour on screen may look quite different than actual colour.

We will try to match colours to the best of our ability, but we can’t guarantee that colour will look exactly what you have in mind.

We offer Delivery and handling service,  please contact us and send us the address for a quotation .

This item can not be customize, For custom cakes extra embellishment you must send a request through contact form and we gladly will quote it for you.

Cakes pictures samples provided by customer are inspirational for the final design.

Cancellations, Deposits, & Changes

Cancellations may be made on a case by case situation, and is entirely up to our discretion
A cancellation fee will be applied to all cancellations and is entirely up to our discretion.

Cancelation 7-2 day before the date event, are NON REFUNDABLE .Every cake order you place with us in a custom order and it’s not possible to sell your cake to someone else. So, we are unable to cancel any cake orders.

We DO NOT accept returns or process refunds due to the Nature of our products however if a mistake is made by PAO’S CAKES we would be glad to offer a credit towards your next purchase. Please note the credit amount will be at the discretion of PAO’S CAKES.
If we make several attempts to contact you and your order is not picked up , any remaining outstanding balance have to be paid.
If your cake is a custom/wedding order any and all changes must be made 12 days before your expected pickup/delivery date. These changes may include but are not limited to, flavours, design, structure, colours, etc.All tiered and high cakes contain food safe wooden or plastic dowel rods (required for stabilizing the cake). Please remove these dowel rods from the cake before serving.
